Weekly Update July 19th: Big Announcement this Sunday!

In recent weeks, I've told many people who ask about The Church at Spring Hill that no person can take credit for what's happening within our church family. God is clearly moving and we give Him all the glory for it.

This Sunday, we are making an announcement about the future of The Church at Spring Hill that is again, clear evidence of God's work in our midst!

I hope you will join us on Sunday at 10am and plan on staying for about 15 minutes after the service for a brief informational meeting.

Also, for those you with students, grades 6-12, don't forget to sign up for the Pool Party taking place on 7/22 a the Longview Rec Center from 2-4p. Please be sure to RSVP to Rebekah Meredith at

Kids at Spring Hill

Jess Rainer

Jess Rainer is the Lead Pastor for The Church at Spring Hill. He has previously served on staff for three churches, two of which were new churches. He is also the co-author of the book, The Millennials. Jess received a B.S. in Finance from Murray State University and an M.A. in Christian Education from Southeastern Seminary. Jess is married to Rachel and has four children: Canon, Will (now with the Lord), Harper, and Collins.

Jess loves being a husband, dad, and pastor. When he’s able to squeeze in some time between these three things, you’ll find Jess working on Rainer Publishing, a small publishing company that he started with his brothers. If it’s a Saturday in the fall, Jess will be cheering on the Crimson Tide. And at some point in the year, you can find Jess on a Florida beach or snow skiing down the closest mountain.
