Take Heart: The Faithfulness of God

This sermon series encourages the congregation to take heart in the gospel. We may face many difficult situations as we strive to follow Jesus, but he will remain faithful to us no matter what we encounter. Like Paul, we can be confident that God will reward those who long for Jesus’s appearing (2 Timothy 4:8).

Masterpiece In Progress

This sermon series walks through the book of Ephesians, emphasizing God’s action at work in our lives both to restore us to himself and to restore our relationships with each other.

Jonah: The Relentless Love Of God

This series looks at two of Jonah's main actions: running from God and responding to God’s call. We will consider these two actions in light of the cross to see how they can shape our faith today.

Look Again

This 2 week Easter sermon series takes John’s account of the disciples who went to see the empty tomb and draws from one disciple’s experience of looking and then looking again at the empty tomb. This series invites us to look hard at the fact of Jesus’s resurrection, its invitation, and its implications.

Christmas List: Reordering Our Priorities

This four-week series examines the nativity story and how we should view our priorities during the Christmas season. Through understanding the context and characters, we will see the importance of prioritizing others, adjusting our list of priorities, and rethinking our time. We’ll also be reminded that the Christian virtues presented in the Christmas season should be normal for Christians throughout the year.

Hebrews: The Complete Work of Christ

Sin causes us to experience shame, rejection, and pain.  This series highlights the supremacy and sufficiency of Christ in the Book of Hebrews—offering hope to all of those struggling with self-doubt and seclusion. By exploring the passages that connect Jesus' ministry to the fulfillment of the Law, this guide will help you not only better understand the Old Testament, but also how Jesus completes the story of God’s redemption. This is a great series to remind others of God’s love for them, as well as the sacrifice He made to bring them back to God.

Grow In Grace

The body of Christ, the church, must be diligent in recognizing false teachers and doctrine while trusting the Scriptures and recognizing true ministers of the Word. By learning to recognize false teachers, Christians will also be able to identify those who teach truth and by living into that truth they can grow in the grace of God and Christian virtue.

Three Days and Denials

Peter’s denial and restoration is a vibrant picture of the power of Christ’s death and resurrection in one person’s life. We can see ourselves in Peter’s self-protective denial, his grief over his sin, and the pain and joy of Christ’s healing work in his life. This Easter series meditates on this story to draw each of us closer to Christ’s saving work and its impact on our lives.

DNOW Weekend

Our students are participating in a weekend of discipleship called "Discipleship Now." This a special weekend for them to focus on and grow in their relationship with Jesus. We are excited to see how our students are impacted by the movement of the Holy Spirit over these days.  We will connect with our students during our Sunday worship services. Our students will help lead worship and our message will focus on what the students have been hearing all weekend.

Hope Fully

This 12-week series focuses on 1 Peter where we will look at what it means to have hope as sojourners.  This chapter points us towards eternal hope.  The Christian hope is more than mere optimism that says things will “hopefully” work out. It is a sure hope, and so we “hope fully” (1 Peter 1:13) through every trial and test of faith.
