This week, we are in week 9 of a 10 part series called Joy Full: A Generous and Content Life. Please join us at the 9am or 10:30am service as we continue the survey of the book of Philippians. One of the key messages of Paul’s letter to the church of Philippi focuses on discovering a true joy in the Lord, because Jesus’s kingdom surpasses the circumstances of life. Don’t forget the Angel Tree gifts are due back by December 15! This year we are serving our local Tennessee Children’s Home by providing bedding for the teenage boys in their care. Here are some simple guidelines to make the Angel Tree a success this year.
1. Pick a tag off one of the Christmas trees in the lobby.
2. Purchase the gift.
3. Write a note of encouragement or prayer.
4. Bring it back wrapped with the tag (included on the outside of the package) by December 15.
